The Portfolio of Alexander X. Preudhomme

As with many high streets in England, Market Square starts with a widening of the main road. This widened street opens up to a rectangular space that together creates a pan-shaped experience. The clock tower is located directly on the square's center of gravity and is visible from any spot on this irregularly shaped space. A side street under the pan acts as a pedestrian corridor, enabling two separate paths of travel to the square from the North.
